Chrisolution Enterprise (Pty) Ltd

Founded in 2019 (Reg. No. 2019/274307/07), Chrisolution Enterprise is a business compliance and registration company based in Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth). We help entrepreneurs, start-ups, NPOs, co-operatives and established businesses get registered, stay compliant, and become ready for funding and tenders.

Our track record includes Motherwell Express Sessions, a youth music and arts platform we started at NU2 Square in Motherwell, where artists, poets and DJs performed live every second Sunday. When the COVID-19 lockdown stopped live events, the national Department of Sport, Arts and Culture funded us through its Relief Fund Digital Solutions programme to take the sessions online. From 12 July to 2 August 2020 we live-streamed four Sunday sessions on Facebook and YouTube from a controlled indoor studio, featuring more than 15 local musicians, poets and DJs.

We work from the NMB iHub at 248 Walmer Blvd, South End, as an incubatee of the Nelson Mandela Bay business incubation programme. Clients can register online, meet us in person, or get help over WhatsApp.

Alongside compliance, the Chrisolution Group runs two creative divisions: Chrisolution Images for film and photography, and Chrisolution Productions for music, voice-over and documentary storytelling.

Pumelelo Chris Sobinca

Founder & Director

Pumelelo Chris Sobinca founded Chrisolution Enterprise to give small businesses in Nelson Mandela Bay a reliable, affordable partner for the paperwork between an idea and a registered, compliant business. He personally oversees client registrations, amendments and compliance filings.

He is also a film producer and director, driven by a mission to uncover, preserve and amplify forgotten or suppressed South African histories. His flagship feature documentary, Dead Archives, tells the story of the burning of the Motherwell Library.
