Reminders not showing? Open your phone's Settings, find Healthy Habits Hero, and allow notifications. Then, in the app, open Settings (the sun button) and switch on "Daily reminders on my phone".

Coach not speaking? Check your phone isn't on silent and the volume is up. On Android, make sure a text-to-speech voice is installed (Settings, then Accessibility, then Text-to-speech).

Text too small? In the app's Settings, choose "Extra large" text.

We do not collect your information. Everything you enter in the app (your challenges, water count, meals, gratitude journal, garden, badges and settings) is stored only on your own phone. It is never sent to us or to anyone else.

No accounts, no adverts, no tracking. The app has no sign-in, shows no advertising, contains no analytics or tracking tools, and does not use the internet.

Reminders are set up by your phone's own notification system and stay on your phone. You can change or switch them off at any time in the app's Settings or your phone's settings.

The spoken coach uses the text-to-speech voice built into your phone. The words are spoken on your device and are not sent to us.

Backups. If you use your phone's own backup service (for example iCloud or Google backup), your app progress may be included in that backup under your account with Apple or Google. We cannot see it.

Deleting your information. Open the app's Settings and choose "Start over", or simply uninstall the app. This removes everything the app has stored.

Children. The app is designed for adults, particularly older adults, and is not directed at children.

Health information. The app gives general wellness information only. It is not medical advice and does not diagnose or treat any condition. Please speak to your doctor or clinic nurse before changing medicines, diet or exercise.

Changes. If a future version changes how information is handled, we will update this page and the date above before that version is released.
